Current: Animal Policy

a. Dogs, when off the private property of the Member, must be on a leash at all times.

b. Members walking their dogs off their private area must properly remove and dispose of all fecal matter left by their dog.

c. Barking dogs must be managed by the owner to insure a peaceful environment for neighboring properties. If 3 different Members file a written complaint about the same barking dog within a 7 day time period, then the Board may notify the dog owner and impose a fine on the owner of $100.00. If the Board receives a second written complaint within 7 days by 3 Members regarding the same barking dog, then the Board may notify the dog owner and impose a fine of $250.00. For the third and subsequent written complaints within 7 days by at least 3 Members, the fine shall be $500.00. The Note at the bottom of the Non Compliant Fee Schedule shall apply to fines imposed for barking dogs.
