All MHA Members agree to comply with Lakewood Municipal Code ordinances and MHA Policies.

a. If a Member is in non-compliance of a Lakewood Municipal Ordinance, a MHA CCR or MHA Policy, the MHA Board may notify the non-compliant Member in writing detailing the discrepancy.

b. If the Member disagrees with the MHA Board's ruling, the Member must request a hearing within 10 days of the date of the Notice with the MHA Board to find resolution. If the MHA Board determines non-compliance, it must notify the Member within 10 days in writing.

c. If the Member does not resolve the non-compliance issue(s) within 15 days of notification, the MHA Board will assess non-compliance fees according to MHA's non-compliance fee schedule. All fees must be paid within 30 days of receiving the non-compliance notice.

d. Non-compliance fees not paid within the 30 day period will carry a penalty of 10% per annum. Non-compliance fees not paid within 90 days may result in a recorded lien on the Member's property, and, subject to legal action by the MHA.
