Fees

The provisions of Article IV Section 4.04 (a) of the Amended Declaration of MHA shall apply to each and every fine and/or fee as if it were an assessment.

a. Non-Compliance Fee Schedule A:
This fee schedule is referenced by the Noise, Fireworks, Security, Common Areas, and Rental / Lease policies.

FourthMHA will remedy non-compliant issue and charge property owner for costs incurred for the remedy plus $100 per day fee until non-compliant issue is remedied

d. Non-Compliance Fee Schedule D:
This fee schedule is referenced by the Private Area Construction policy. The MHA Board is authorized to require the removal of unapproved construction as well as the repainting or re-roofing not pre-approved by the MHA Board.

e. Administrative Fee Schedule E:

Late Fee$25 fee plus interest at 10% per annum will be assessed on accounts unpaid more than 30 days after the due date.
Sale Transfer$500 fee plus any additional CPA firm charges will be charged to the buyer and paid to the Madera Homeowners' Association out of escrow by the title company.
Gate Card Fee$20 one-time fee will be charged for each gate access card, payable when the card is picked up.
New Construction Inspection Fee$450.00
