Purpose

The intent of the Madera Homeowners Association Policies is the preservation and enhancement of the unique and natural environment of Madera, to ensure fair and equitable treatment to all Members while promoting commonsense and courtesy in all Members actions and attitudes regarding their neighbors, and to protect each owner's investment and enhance property values. These Policies effective January 1, 2013 replace and supersede all previous MHA Policies.

Authority

Pursuant to the authority of Section 3.05. and 3.06. of Article III of the Amended Declaration of Madera Homeowners Association recorded under AFN 200808190412 and RCW 34.38.020, the POLICIES OF MADERA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION are hereby revised and restated in full, superseding and replacing all previous Policies and Revised Policies.

These have been separated and made accessible here for convenience; however, the original documents will supersede this website in the event of any error or omission.
