Security Policy

Current: Security Policy

a. Gates are to be in a closed position at all times except for the ingress and egress of authorized parties.

b. The pedestrian gate is not to be left open other than for immediate ingress and egress use.

c. Gates may not be left open for social occasions.

d. Residents are responsible for gate cards issued. Any loss or transfer of a card must be reported to security within two days. Lost or unreturned cards are replaced at homeowner's expense.

e. Any damage to gates or other Madera property, or equipment will be charged to the responsible party for the full repair.
