The purpose of the MHA Board is to administer the MHA CCR's and Policies, not act as an arbitrator or mediator between neighbors.
All Members having issues with neighboring properties that are not in violation of any MHA CCR or MHA Board Policy are encouraged to resolve issues between themselves.
In the event, a neighbor-to-neighbor issue cannot be resolved to both parties satisfaction; the MHA Board suggests the parties involved retain the services of a professional mediator or arbiter.
