To enhance the security of MHA, garage sales and estate sales are not allowed in Madera.
Proposed: Garage and Estate Sale Policy
a. To enhance the security and privacy of the Madera community, garage sales are not permitted.
b. Estate sales may be allowed under limited circumstances, such as the sale of a home due to death, relocation, or a significant life transition. Estate sales must be conducted by appointment only or through a professionally managed sale. Homeowners must obtain prior written approval from the MHA Board before holding any estate sale.
