Fourth Non-ComplianceMHA will remedy non-compliant issue and charge property owner for costs incurred for the remedy plus $100/ Day fee until non-compliant issue is remedied.


Non-Compliance Fee Schedule D: (Private Area Construction)

Non-Compliance related to Exterior painting (changing the Color) or changing the roofing Material without Board approval.Board is authorized to require the removal of unapproved construction as well as the repainting or re-roofing not pre-approved by the Board.

In addition to the above, a non-compliance fee of $500 will be assessed.


Note: The provisions of Article IV Section 4.04 (a) of the Amended Declaration of MHA shall apply to each and every fine and/or fee assessed under Schedule A through D as if it were an assessment.

Sale Transfer$500 fee plus any additional CPA firm charges will be charged to the buyer and paid to the Madera Homeowners' Association out of escrow by the title company.
Gate Card Fee$20 one-time fee will be charged for each gate access card, payable when the card is picked up.
New Construction Inspection Fee$450.00
